Tonifies Stomach and Spleen; Disperses Dampness; Promotes digestion.   Long-term reduction in food causing exhaustion of the Essence and Fluids with weight loss, emaciation.  Great thirst; Vomiting and diarrhea due to Spleen and Stomach Deficiency; Convulsion (severe cases); Irritability; Loss of consciousness (severe cases); Pale-flaccid tongue, greasy coating; Slippery-Faint pulse (Hua Wei).
