Simple return policy
If you wish to return products, simply fill a Request to return products within 5 days after receiving the goods.
- If we made any mistake with your order (wrong products shipped, damaged products, etc.) we will fully refund you or replace the products at no charge.
- If you ordered the wrong products by mistake, gave us a wrong shipping address or an unclaimed package is returned to us, shipping charges will apply as well as a 25% restocking fee for the returned items.
- Please note that opened bottles cannot be returned.
Easy return procedure
1. Login.
2. From the main menu, click on Cart --> Past orders.
3. Find the order containing the products you wish to return and click on "Request to return products".
